Established in 1994, WARRANTY ASSISTANCE AUSTRALIA (WAA) is a company which provides specialised Warranty and Maintenance programs to Personal Computer users throughout Australia and its Territories.

WAA provides:
  • A Comprehensive Nationwide Onsite Warranty Repair & Maintenance Service for Personal Computer Systems (with NO hidden costs or charges to the end user),
  • National 1300 Number Access to the Warranty Response Centre.
  • Prompt Response Call out: A WAA Engineering Co-Ordinator will assess the problem, and arrange for On-Site repairs to be speedily effected.
  • Accredited Service Provider Network within the States and Territories of mainland Australia.
  • Quality Assurance of repairs is maintained by WAA through close liaison with clients and On-Site providers, and the control of replacement components.
WAA has implemented a Quality Assurance Program to ISO 9002 standards which has been tailored specifically for Customer Response in the Computer Industry, thus ensuring a continuing standard of excellence in service. A uniquely designed database in conjunction with state-of-the-art mapping software provides the ability to coordinate all response requirements quickly and effectively.

WAA (a subsidiary of the Response Group) has its head office in Queensland, and currently provides warranty and maintenance services for major national suppliers and Government instrumentalities. The directors of WAA are actively involved in the day to day operation of the business and have substantial experience in the planning and operation of Customer Service Programs both in Australia and overseas.
